
Sports Conditioning
At Team Elite we believe that conditioning or physical fitness is important for athletes of any age from 8 to 80! Our classes are geared for athlete’s that want to make the team they are trying out for or to improve their status on the team. Even if you or your child simply desire improved fitness Team Elite can help.
Our programs progressively get more difficult but all of them follow a similar road map. Each session includes an Active Dynamic Warm-Up, Energy System Development, Strength and/or Agility Training. Each component rotates the student through cycles to help the athlete achieve optimal sports performance.
