Class Description
*Fitmoves* Monday 7:30pm ~ Liz/Colin
These circuits are the most effective way to combine cardio conditioning with functional strength training. Get Fit and Move with Fitmoves!!
*Survivor* Saturday 10am ~ Liz/Colin
Weekend Warriors this is your class!! You will be tested and pushed to your physical limitations. A mixture of athletic drills, plyometrics, speed and agility, Tire flipping, and rope swinging fun!!
*Zumba* Monday 5pm, Saturday 12pm ~ Adrianna Mendez
A fushion of Latin and International rhythms to get your heart racing for more! Feel the spicy flavors and dance into the mambo, cha cha, salsa, cumbia and even belly dancing!
With easy to follow moves that is a lot of fun and very easy to learn!
*Bootcamp* Tues/Thurs 5:30 am, M/W/F 9am ~Ryan/Dennis
Are you a bride trying to get in shape for your big day? Do you have some extra pounds that you want to shed before summer? How about a new mother trying to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight? if so, our bootcamps are a perfect way to get fit fast. This high intensity class is designed to shock your body, and drop those pants sizes. Our Instructors keep you moving and sweating while having fun!
*Yoga* Sunday 4:00pm, Tuesday 7pm ~ John Gresock
This is a Hatha Yoga class (emphasis on physical practice of yoga) that will offer a moderate form of "Power Yoga" which is characterized by:
- Organizing poses (/asanas) /into a specific pattern or flow, such as the Sun Salutation
- Movement that is mostly continuous with little rest betweenposes (until final relaxation pose)
- Requires some muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and balance
- Can be enjoyed by beginners and advanced practitioners
*Abs/Stretching* Thursday 6pm ~ John Gresock
An active and challenging 30 minute workout focusing on the
abdominal region followed by 30 minutes of stretching with emphasis
on the core area."
*Exercise Lite * Monday/Wednesday, 12-1 ~ John Gresock
Low impact aerobics (no plyometrics or steps) combined with light resistance training (body weight, bands and light dumbbells). Theses exercises are intended to improve flexibility and balance. Ideal for someone looking for a lighter mid-day workout with limited time at their lunch hour. Also good for seniors seeking to maintain and improve functionality while performing daily living tasks.
*Running Group * ~ John Gresock
Beginning on June 5th for runners wanting to train for the Rock N Roll Half-Marathon in September. Runners would meet for weekly group runs on Saturday mornings with some weekday meetings also offered to. Cost of the 12 week training program would be $75.00 with a Team Elite singlet included in the package. We would also plan to participate as a group in several of the local races.
