Beginning April 1st Team Elite will offer customers a 45-minute nutrition assessment of your diet (Typically offered at $40.00) for only $30 a session if you purchase 4 sessions upfront. Athlete of the Month – Trey Freeman

"Training at Team Elite has made me stronger and more explosive on the basketball court. It definitely helped me finish games this past year in the 4th quarter.  My teamates and I work really hard over the offseason and its nice to see results when the season comes."

Trainer Note: Trey has trained at Team Elite for the past 3 off-seasons.  In that time he has improved his athleticism dramatically.  He has put on 15-20 pounds of muscle, improved his vertical leap by approximately 2-3 inches and substantially enhanced his stamina (which allowed him to have big 4th Quarters.)  Trey is a stand-out Basketball Player for the Kellam Knights.  He helped lead the team to a school best 27-1 record this past season and plans on attending Campbell University on full scholarship in the fall.  Trey and some of his teammates train 3 times a week for an hour and a half doing a combination of speed, agility, power, explosion and structured weight training.  This combination of training has taken Trey's game to the next level.  He is an exceptional young man with a bright future ahead.  Good luck next year Trey!


Client of the Month (Personal Training) – Rebecca Leuzzi

“After a six month break from Team Elite due to full time school and work taking up all of my spare time, I was finally able to return at the end of December. Upon returning I felt "fluffy." Also, I felt like I lost all that I had gained working with Dennis before. From day one of my return, I was welcomed back with tons of energy and motivation. I knew that I would get back to where I was and more. I am not so "fluffy" anymore and I feel much more confident in myself and my appearance. I look forward to what the next few months bring in preparation for bathing suit weather!!”

Trainer Note: Rebecca has lost 4% Body Fat and 7 pounds since her December Assessment. She is noticeably toner, leaner and more muscular. She has done a wonderful job of keeping a diet that is high in protein and low in poor carbohydrate choices. A key in Rebecca’s Fitness is her willingness to prepare small meals for busy evenings/mornings working long shifts as a nurse. Almost all of the training I have her doing is aerobic in nature with a lot of her own bodyweight as resistance. Rebecca brings an awesome attitude to her workouts. She is one of my favorite clients and she helps me “step my game up” as her trainer. Thanks Rebecca and keep up the good work!
